Blog Challenge: Day 1

Day 1 – A photo of yourself and a description of how your day was.

Ok, I know it’s only the first day but I’m going to change things up a little pit. Somehow I hurt my back pretty bad so other than church I have spent just about all day in bed. Since my day was very uneventful and I don’t want to write about it, I’m going to write about my weekend instead.

On Friday night I was in the BYUH lip-syncing competition! It was pretty awesome! We had a lot of fun and to our surprise we won second place! Here is a video if you want to check it out… (thanks Alicia for recording it)

On Saturday I went wedding dress shopping with one of my friends! If you know me at all you know that this activity involves 4 of my favorite things. Weddings, dresses, shopping and friends! We had so much fun and the dress she got is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! After that I came home and spent the night hanging with my friend Rachel! She is awesome and I always love chilling with her! She gave me a beautiful pedicure, which of course was the perfect way to end a great day!

Today is Sunday and I woke up with my back hurting and my refrigerator broken, which wasn’t a good way to start a day at all. After yelling at and kicking my refrigerator it decided it wanted to start working and then I headed off to church. Church was great of course! Like I said before I spent the rest of the day in bed. Not to excited but I got to talk to a lot of my friends from back home so that’s pretty cool, even though they are having fun without me :( All in all great weekend!
